Letter to Lorain Berg, Susan Luks, and Rita Luks

Dear Dad, Rita, Susan:
Today I am finally getting around to sending out the May birthday cards.
As I am sending the cards, I try to tell family stories or comment on my current research.
The cards I am sending to the Liberacki family members today will include the enclosed excerpt from Samuel G. Drake's The Old Indian Chronicle; Written and Published in the Time of King Philip's War by Persons Residing in the Country (Boston: Samuel A. Drake, 1867).
John Tracy who is mentioned in the excerpt is Susan and my 8th great grandfather. Job Winslow is also a distant relative, but I am not yet totally clear on the relationship.
At this point, I have credible documentation that links us back to the time of King Philip's War. I have additional sources that trace the family back further, but have not yet gone through the research.
