Dear Lillian:--

It has been ages since I’ve heard from you. I wrote you two or three times while in Florida, received one letter from you, answered it, & have not heard from you since. I have been putting of writing you, hoping that I’d hear from you, but as I’ve waited a long time, I will write again hoping to get a reply.

I know that about this time of year, you are busy with exams. which no doubt is not a very easy job.

Lillian, I’m a working girl now, have been for a week. Dad has moved his dairy up town to 10-12 Coffee St. We do all of the Pasteurizing, bottling, etc. here. all of the machinery is here. everything except the cows. All I do is to be office girl. I like the work fine. As I have plenty of time to write, read & talk to my friends that drop in once in awhile.

You know Lillian, it sure does get tiresome staying home all the time doing nothing.

How are all of your folks getting along? Every one here is well & fine except Mamma. Just now She is sick, we hope she will be well again soon.

When does your school let out? Some of the schools here are already. But, others will be out the last week in this month. High school, Furman & G.W.C. will be out the first or second week June.

Lillian, I will have to stop now, but I hope to hear from you soon.

Love to All

Lillian B.
