Dearest Lillian,
I wrote you a letter on the train, but haven’t mailed it yet. I hope you are having a lovely time. I am so glad to be home. Please don’t forget to call on Alice Gray and say hello from me.
Miss Fuelder and all of us left and had a lovely time. Both my cousins met me in Chicago and I spent a few hours, there with them. I left on the 5:30 instead of the 10 o’clock and got in Duluth at 8:30 instad of 1:15. I surprised the folks. Now I’ve been home for a few days. I went to visit with my dad at N[unintelligible] and had a lovely afternoon there. To-day, mother and I are visiting with friends. Mother is feeling better and is up but she can’t walk more than a block. Her asthma is so bad. It won’t be long till I’ll be back in Olivet. Mother had an apartment but we cannot move in till April 30. So mother is going to fix up the place while I’m back in school. Our address or it will be 827 E. 6th St. we have a lovely 6 room apartment so you may come and visit us—we will have plenty of room. I’m going to try to get work.
I’m going to Virginia Thursday or Friday and visit for the weekend. I’ll have more news to tell then—I’ll see Lillian, Sarah, and Nels.
I guess I’ll be back in Olivet some time next week I’ll let you know.
I hope you are enjoying yourself. I really am going nothing now just resting.
Please write me at
