Caledonia, Mich, Sept. 22, 1919

Miss Lillian Glasner
Nashville, Mich.

Miss Lillian Glasner, It sure was a fine treat to receive a letter with your autograph affixed to it. May I have more of such treats. But to be sure, I would rather have seen your smiling countenance.

I do trust you and Irene have made up long ere this, for I could never think of you two really falling out for good unless it would be over some curly haired lad of your age. He would surely have to be an A1 lad at that.

How you must enjoy your office at the Post Office. You are such a worker. But you would have to be moving right along to beat me to night for I have done a washing since school also got supper and cleaned the kitchen.

Well High School must be par excellent with that fine freshman class.. I know Miss Springstein always enjoys her freshman class so much and I can see no reason why they should not enjoy her. I would enjoy being a visitor some day. Maybe such a thing will happen. Who knows? But I am teaching 24 darlings how to shoot so it is not very probable.

How are the Bunnies?

I saw your name in last weeks Nashville News. You were on a program for a saxophone selection. Was glad to note you had progressed with your music.

With kindest regards to you and all my dear pupils, I am

Your loving Friend,

Ida Wenger
