Liberacki-Wilcox-Berg Charts and Reports
Family Tree Maker allows me to prepare a variety of reports; examples of which can be found below.
For ease of loading, I have limited the examples to two pages. As a result, not all of the ancestors are listed in the examples.
To obtain copies of reports for members of the family, please contact me at steve@stevenlberg.info. I can then prepare and e-mail you the requested reports. I can print and mail copies of reports to family members who do not use e-mail.
Charts
- 180 Fan Chart
This chart displays direct-line ancestors layed out with the nodes roated in a 180 degree arching fan. To keep it to one page, the sample was printed without thumbnail photographs. However, images can be included.
- Bow Tie Chart
This chart displays direct-line ancestors with the father's side of the family extending to the left and the mother's side of the family extending to the right.
- Descendant Chart
This chart displays an individual at the top of the page and his/her descendants below. Although not shown in the example, the primary individual's brothers and sisters can be included int he chart.
- Family Tree Chart
This is a new chart created in the 2010 edition of Family Tree Maker that shows a person's direct line ancestors. The individual is on the bottom and the tree branches up to the top of the page.
- Hourglass Chart
This chart places the primary individual in the center with his/her ancestors above and the decendents below. Although not shown in the example, the primary individual's brothers and sisters can be included in the chart.
- Hourglass Chart (Horizontal)
This chart places the primary individual in the center with his/her ancestors to the left and the decendents to the right. Although not shown in the example, the primary individual's brothers and sisters can be included in the chart.
- Pedigree Chart
This chart shows an individuals direct line ancestors. The individual is on the left of the page and the ancestors are to his/her right.
- Pedigree Chart (Vertical)
This chart shows an individuals direct line ancestors. The individual is on the bottom of the page and the ancestors are above. Although not shown in the example, the primary individual's brothers and sisters can be included in the chart.
Reports
- Ahnentafel Report
This report uses an ancestor-ordered format starting with one individual and moving backward in time to the individual's ancestors.
- Ahnentafel Report (Simple)
This report uses an ancestor-ordered format starting with one individual and moving backward in time to the individual's ancestors. This simplified version includes only vital facts inthe narratives. Non-vital facts (if included) are listed separately.
- Family Group Sheet Report
This is a detailed report about a single nuclear family
- Individual Report
The individual report includes a photograph of the individual (if one exists) and all of the facts, notes, and other information associated with that individual.
- Kinship Report
This report shows how individuals within the family are related to a specific person (e.g. first cousin, mother, et cetera). For space reasons, our sample only includes members of Julia A. Berg's immediate family. The report for all of Judy's family members is 15 pages long.
- Outline Descendant Report
Starting with a relative in the past, it moves to the present showing the individual's children, grandchildren, and so forth in outline form. Each idividual in the chart is given his/her own line.
- Photo Album Report
This report displays the name, birth, death, marriage information, and all photographs associated with an individual. At this point, our family photo galleries are available on-line; not part of Family Tree Maker. However, if someone wants to develop a Photo Album, she/he should contact Steven L. Berg.
- Register Report
This report begins with an individual and then moves forward in time listing that individual's descendants. The Register format is the one accepted by the New England Historic Genealogical Society and dates back to 1870.
- Register Report (Simple)
This simplified version of the Register Report includes only vital facts in the biographical narratives. Non-vital facts--if any--are listed separately.
- Timeline Report
This report includes the events of a person's life in chronological order.
- Timeline Report (with family events)
This report includes the events of a person's life as well as events of his/her immediate family in chronological order.
- Timeline Report (with historical events)
This report includes the events of a person's life as well as world events during that person's life in chronological order.
- Timeline Report (with family and historical events)
This report includes the events of a person's life along with both family and historical events in chronological order.
Additional Reports
Due to the nature of these reports, there is no appropriate way to make samples of them available on-line.
- Calendar Report
This report lets you see birth dates, anniversaries, and other events in a monthly calendar format.
- Extended Family Chart
This chart shows the direct ancestors and descendants of an individual for a specified number of generations.
- Extended Family Chart (all relatives)
This chart shows all of the relatives of an individual which are listed in Family Tree Maker. Currently Julia Liberacki Berg's chart is 153 pages.
- LDS Ordinances
This report displays birth, marriage, death, and LDS ordinaces for the people listed in Family Tree Maker.
- Marriage Report
The marriage report lists the husbands and wives, their marriage data, and the status of their marriage. In addition to formal marriage, I acknowledge both lesbian/gay and heterosexual couples whom had had committment ceremonies or who consider themselves living in a committed relationship.
- Parentage Report
This report lists the names of each individual recorded in Family Tree Mkaer as well as his/her parents and their relationship (natural, adopted, et cetera).
- Place Useage Report
This report lists all of the places associated with every person in Family Tree Maker. Each entry includes the names of the people associated with it and each person's events that occured in that place.
